Yes, Participants can be added after the survey has been launched. Go to the Surveys section and open the existing launched survey. Go to Participant Settings and tap on Add Participants (Surveys>>Launched Surveys>>Participant Settings>>Add Participants). Users are provided with three different sources to add participants to the survey:
- People Directory
Users can add participants to the survey from the People Directory section. Users will have to select the People Source provided and filter the participants to be added as per the demographics. Users can then select the participants as per their requirement from the Participants list. All the saved participant’s data from the People Directory will be displayed under the Participants List.
- Upload to Survey
2.a. Upload
Users can also add the participants by uploading a file containing the participants’ information. Users are expected to download the template from the top right of the upload column and then add the participant’s information to the downloaded template. After uploading the template, the information of the participants added in that template file will be displayed in the Survey Participants section.
2.b. Add Single
Users can also add the participants by manually adding a single participant at a time. Users have to enter the information of the participants in the box as per the requirement. The information of the participant added will be displayed in the Survey Participants section.
- API Integration
Users can also add new dynamic participants to the survey using API Integration.
